Abstract:
A variable-speed speed increaser equipped with an electric device and a gearbox, wherein; the gearbox comprises a sun gear, planet gears that engage with the sun gear, an internal gear that engages with the planet gears, a planet gear carrier for supporting the planet gears so as to be able to revolve and to rotate, and an internal gear carrier for supporting the internal gear so as to be able to rotate; the sun gear shaft forms an output shaft that is connected to an object to be driven; the internal gear carrier shaft forms a constant speed input shaft; the planet gear carrier shaft forms a variable-speed input shaft; and the electric device comprises a variable-speed electric motor with a variable-speed rotor that is connected to the variable-speed input shaft of the gearbox and in which a shaft insertion through hole with a cylindrical shape centered on the shaft line and penetrating in the axial direction is formed, a constant speed electric motor with a constant speed rotor that is connected to the constant speed input shaft of the gearbox and is inserted in the shaft insertion through hole, and an impeller installed on the variable-speed rotor and generates windage loss when the variable-speed rotor rotates.
