Abstract:
A variable-frequency controlled lubricating oil system for an alternating-current oil pump, comprising a unit (1), an oil tank (14), and an oil supply line (15) connected to unit bearings (13); multiple groups of oil supply modules (2) are provided on the oil tank; each of the oil supply modules is connected to a variable frequency device (21), the variable frequency devices are each connected to a central control module (3) and an inverter module (22); an oil pump detection unit (31) is provided in the interior of the central control modules; the oil supply line is provided with a pressure detection module (151) for detecting oil supply pressure and outputting a pressure signal to the central control modules so as to trigger the oil pump detection units; and the oil pump detection units are used to output a switching signal to the central control modules when detected that the oil supply modules are damaged so as to output a variable frequency signal. Said system achieves the effects of seamless switching when an oil pump fails and reducing oil pressure fluctuation.
