Abstract:
A variable cross-section planetary pin shaft. The pin shaft (5) is provided with a first side and a second side, and a variable cross-section hole (51) is formed in the pin shaft in the axial direction, so that the stiffness of the pin shaft close to the second side is less than the stiffness of the pin shaft close to a motor side. The present invention further relates to a planetary transmission mechanism, comprising the variable cross-section planetary pin shaft. According to the variable cross-section planetary pin shaft and the planetary transmission mechanism, the variable cross-section hole is formed in part of the pin shaft close to the second side, so that the pin shaft is prevented from deflecting, the problem of uneven load distribution of a planetary gear in a tooth direction due to tilt of the pin shaft is mitigated, and the service life of the planetary gear provided on the pin shaft is prolonged.
