Abstract:
Provided is a vapor generation device configured so as to be compact and so as to have an increased degree of freedom with respect to the design of a shape. A vapor generation device generates water vapor and superheated water vapor by heating water within a heating pipe (22) by a heater (23). The heater helical section (23c) of the heater (23) has an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the heating pipe helical section (22c) of the heating pipe (22) and is disposed inside the heating pipe helical section (22c).
