Abstract:
A valve (100), comprising a valve body (10), a valve rod (20), a valve element (30), a driver (40) and a connector (50), wherein the valve body (10) is internally provided with a channel (11) and is provided with a valve rod hole (12) to partially accommodate the valve rod (20); the valve body (10) is provided with an outlet and an inlet, which are in communication with the outside, the valve element (30) is hinged to the valve body (10) at the inlet, and the valve element (30) comprises a valve element body (31) and a locking column (36) protruding towards an outlet side from the valve element body (31); the driver (40) is detachably connected to the valve rod (20) and cooperates with the connector (50), such that a rotary motion of the valve rod (20) passes through the connector (50) and is transmitted to the valve element (30) via the connector and is converted into movement for driving the valve element (30) to rotate around a hinge axis, so as to make the valve element (30) open or close the channel (11); the valve (100) further comprises a locking device (90) extending into the valve body (10) and fixedly connected to the valve rod (20); the joint between the connector (50) and the valve element body (31), and the locking column (36) are respectively located on two sides of the center of the valve element (30); and after the valve element (30) closes the channel (11), the locking device (90) is connected to the valve element (30), and the locking device (90) provides a pulling force for the locking column (36) in the direction from the inlet to the outlet. The valve can still ensure sealing performance after being opened and closed multiple times.
