Abstract:
A high-pressure-resistant valve is provided.　A valve 1 driven in an axial direction by a drive source 3, the valve 1 controlling a fluid by detaching a valve body 52 from a valve seat 51 in a valve chamber 4, wherein the center of a diaphragm 6 is axially sandwiched by the valve body 52 and a rod 32 of the drive source 3, and the valve chamber 4 and the drive source 3 are partitioned in a sealed state.
