Abstract:
Provided is a highly durable valve. A diaphragm 8 has a main diaphragm 8A and a support diaphragm 8B which is located on the opposite side of the main diaphragm 8A from a valve chamber 2a and which is provided in contact with the main diaphragm 8A. A first end section 8E on the inner peripheral side of the main diaphragm 8A is affixed to a valve body section 6, and a second end section 8F on the inner peripheral side of the support diaphragm 8B is located at a distance from the first end section 8E on the inner peripheral side of the main diaphragm 8A.
