Abstract:
Disclosed is a valve seat assembly, comprising a fixator (3) installed in a ball valve housing (1), wherein a first annular groove (31) and a second annular groove (32) are provided in one axial end face of the fixator; a valve seat (4) arranged in the first annular groove; and a support ring (5) arranged in the second annular groove and comprising an installation part (6) and at least one locking part (7) which are distributed in a circumferential direction of the support ring, wherein both the installation part and the locking part comprise a ring body (51), and the locking part further comprises a lock catch (52) formed on a radial inner side of the ring body; and the second annular groove comprises a groove body (321) and a lock groove (322), the groove body is suitable for having the ring body clamped therein, and the lock groove is suitable for having the lock catch clamped therein. The valve seat assembly has a rational design, the support ring is installed on a ball valve and a distribution pipeline, and a stable supporting force is provided for the ball valve. In addition, the problem of the ball valve being scratched due to stress during a rotating process is solved, and the service life of a valve is prolonged. Further disclosed is a ball valve having the valve seat assembly.
