Abstract:
A valve processing technology for ensuring coaxiality involves four valve tubes (1), a connecting portion (2), a ball (3), a driving motor (4), and a communicating slot (5). The communicating slot (5) may communicate with two adjacent valve tubes (1). The middle of each valve tube (1) is provided with an accommodating block (6). A sealing member is provided at the communication portion between the accommodating block (6) and the valve tube (1). The side of the accommodating block (6) distant from the valve tube (1) is provided with a communicating tube (7) in communication with the valve tube (1). A sealing member is also provided between the accommodating block (6) and the communicating tube (7). The ball (3) is provided with a recess (20) located at the opening of the communicating slot (5) and in communication with the communicating slot (5). The bottom of the recess (20) is provided with a snap spring (22), and the other end of the snap spring (22) is fixedly connected to a stabilizing block (21). According to the processing technology, all parts are processed one by one, so that the coaxiality of the valve tubes is ensured, and the prepared valve tubes have the advantages of facilitating the switching of adjacent pipes for circulation and solving the problem of a fluid flow direction error.
