Abstract:
Provided are a valve opening method for a flow control valve in which a valve opening operation for a valve body is easy and a flow control valve used therefor. This valve opening method is for a flow control valve 10 which is provided with: a casing 5 into which a fluid pipe 1 is externally fitted in an airtight state; and a valve body 11 capable of blocking or releasing a fluid in the fluid pipe 1 in an airtight manner by being brought into contact with an inner peripheral surface 1e of the fluid pipe and an inner peripheral surface of a hole portion 1c of the fluid pipe 1 formed in the casing 5, and which controls the fluid. The valve opening method for the flow control valve 10 comprises: a pressure regulating step for reducing a differential pressure between one side and the other side of the internal space of the fluid pipe 1 across the valve body 11 in the pipe axial direction under the blocking state of the valve body 11; and a valve opening step for opening the valve body 11.
