Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a valve needle component and a flow regulating valve having same. The valve needle component comprises: a screw, wherein the screw comprises a first rod segment, a second rod segment and a third rod segment, which are connected in sequence, the outer diameter of the first rod segment being greater than that of the second rod segment, and the outer diameter of the second rod segment being greater than that of the third rod segment; a bearing, which is sleeved on the second rod segment; and a bushing, which is sleeved on the third rod segment, wherein the bushing is welded to the third rod segment, and two end faces of an inner ring of the bearing respectively abut against an end face of the first rod segment and an end face of the bushing. By means of the technical solution provided in the present application, the prior art problems of an inner retainer of a bearing being deformed due to a relatively large amount of stress on an inner ring of the bearing when the bearing is mounted on a valve needle component, and the bearing being stuck when the bearing rotates are avoided, and the friction force when the bearing rotates is reduced, such that the product performance is improved.
