Abstract:
Disclosed is a valve needle component, comprising a screw rod (10), an assembly sleeve (20), and an annular structure (30), the annular structure (30) being arranged inside the assembly sleeve (20), and a part of the screw rod (10) being arranged in the annular structure (30) in a penetrating manner; a flat washer (40), the flat washer (40) being arranged inside the assembly sleeve (20), the flat washer (40) having a first end surface (41) and a second end surface (42), the first end surface (41) abutting against the annular structure (30), and the flat washer (40) being of a hollow annular structure; and a valve needle structure (50), the valve needle structure (50) abutting against the second end surface (42). The flat washer is of a flat hollow annular structure, is easy to produce, and has a high material utilization rate such that the cost is low; and the flat washer is arranged inside the assembly sleeve and is located between the annular structure and the valve needle structure, thereby preventing the annular structure from coming into direct contact with the valve needle structure, further reducing friction between the annular structure and the valve needle structure, and thus improving the working reliability of the whole valve needle component and prolonging the service life of the whole valve needle component. Further disclosed is an electronic expansion valve using the valve needle component.
