Abstract:
A valve (101) provided with a cap (110), a diaphragm (120) as a movable section, a valve housing (130), and a valve section (150). Formed on the valve housing (130) are an inflow hole (143) for fluid to flow into the valve chamber (140), an outflow hole (149) for fluid to flow out from the valve chamber (140), and a mounting section (134) on which is mounted a peripheral edge section (121) of the diaphragm (120). The diaphragm (120) has the peripheral edge section (121), a central section (122), a connecting section (124) for connecting between the peripheral edge section (121) and the central section (122), and a pusher (123). The connecting section (124), from the peripheral edge section (121) side toward the central section (122) side, has a waveform shape convex on the valve body section (151) side and then becoming convex on the cap (110) side.
