Abstract:
A valve (11) comprises a casing, a film (80), and a hole (800). The casing has a flat plate (41) having a hole (400) capable of communicating with an external pump (12), a casing member (70) having a hole (700) capable of communicating with a component to be discharged of fluid, and a valve chamber enclosed between the casing member (70) and a casing member (40) including the flat plate (41). The film (80) divides the valve chamber in a space on the flat plate (41) side and a space on the casing member (70) side. The hole (800) allows communication between the space on the flat plate (41) side and the space on the casing member (70) side. The casing member (70) has a hole (790) that can communicate with the exterior of the casing and that allows fluid to be discharged from the valve chamber. When viewed in a first direction of the casing in which the flat plate (41), the film (80), and the casing member (70) are aligned, the film (80), the valve-chamber-side open surface of the hole (400), and the valve-chamber-side open surface of the hole (790) overlap, the hole (800), the valve-chamber-side open surface of the hole (400), and the valve-chamber-side open surface of the hole (790) do not overlap, and the valve-chamber-side open surface of the hole (400) and the valve-chamber-side open surface of the hole (790) overlap at least partially.
