Abstract:
This drain trap (1) comprises: a casing (10); a second valve mechanism (40) having a second valve seat (51) through which a valve hole (52) passes, a second valve (42) facing the second valve seat in the central axis (X2) direction of the valve hole, and a temperature-activated portion (43) provided to the reverse side of the second valve from the second valve seat side, which holds the second valve, and which seats and releases the second valve on and off the second valve seat by displacing the second valve in the central axis direction; and a pressing mechanism (80) which, when the second valve is seated in the second valve seat, separates the second valve from the second valve seat by pressing the second valve in a direction moving away from the second valve seat in the central axis direction. The second valve mechanism is equipped with a coil spring (46) which elastically supports the temperature-activated portion in the central axis direction, and which allows displacement of the temperature-activated portion pressed in conjunction with the second valve when the second valve is pressed by the pressing mechanism.
