Abstract:
Provided is a downsized valve device in which the degree of freedom in flow path arrangement in a valve body can be significantly enhanced while a necessary flow rate is ensured. The valve device comprises: a valve seat support (50) that is provided in an accommodation recess (22) and that has a support surface (50f1) on which a sealing surface (16f) of a valve seat(16) abuts and which supports a pressing force from the sealing surfaces (16f); and a diaphragm (14) that is disposed in the accommodation recess (22) so as to abut on/be separated from a seat surface (16s) of the valve seat (16) and that tightly seals the opening side of the accommodation recess (22). The valve seat support (50) has: sealing surfaces (50b1, 50b2, 50b3) that block connection between a primary side flow path (21) and a secondary side flow path (24), in cooperation with a portion of the inner wall surface of the accommodation recess (22); and a bypass flow path (50a) connecting the primary side flow path (21) to a circulation flow path (16a) in the valve seat (16).
