Abstract:
A valve core and a pull-out faucet comprising same. The valve core comprises a valve housing (1), a valve handle (4), a rotor (2), a dial (3), a movable valve plate (5), and a fixed valve plate (6). The dial is constrained at the bottom of the rotor, the movable valve plate is fixed on the bottom surface of the dial, and the fixed valve plate is fixed at the bottom in the valve housing. A limiting portion (31) is arranged on the dial; the inner top of the valve housing is provided with two inner protrusions (1a) spaced apart along the circumference; a limiting slot (1b) is formed between the two inner protrusions; when the limiting portion is aligned with the limiting slot, the movable valve plate can slide along with the dial towards a water supply shut-off direction, and the limiting portion is exposed out of a side portion of the rotor and inserted into the limiting slot; when the dial is rotated such that the limiting portion is misaligned with the limiting slot, the limiting portion is blocked by the inner protrusions so that the movable valve plate cannot slide along with the dial towards the water supply shut-off direction. According to the valve core, only when the limiting portion is aligned with the limiting slot can the movable valve plate slide along with the dial towards the water supply shut-off direction, and when the limiting portion is misaligned with the limiting slot, the limiting portion is constrained by the inner protrusions so that the movable valve plate cannot slide along with the dial towards the water supply shut-off direction.
