Abstract:
A valve core control structure with a micro-nano porous elastic material, the valve core control structure comprising a valve seat (1), a valve core (2) and a micro-nano porous elastic material (3), wherein the valve seat is provided with a flow channel hole structure; the valve core matches the flow channel hole structure of the valve seat; and the micro-nano porous elastic material is provided on the valve core or the flow channel hole structure of the valve seat. By means of the valve core control structure with a micro-nano porous elastic material, the micro-nano porous elastic material is provided at a position where the valve core matches the valve seat; since the micro-nano porous elastic material has the features of no air leakage after being compressed and of air permeability when not being compressed, a valve pilot function can be achieved, so as to replace existing pilot valve structures; and the overall structure is simple, such that installation is facilitated, and maintenance and use costs are significantly reduced.
