Abstract:
This valve component member comprises a first metal plate (31, 33) having through-holes (3A3, 3B3), and a second metal plate (32) which includes a base portion (32a) formed with through-holes (3A4, 3B4) formed in regions overlapping the through-holes (3A3, 3B3), valve bodies (3A5, 3B5) capable of closing the through-holes (3A3, 3B3), and a pair of valve support portions (3A6, 3B6) for supporting the valve bodies (3A5, 3B5) with respect to the base portion (32a) such that the valve bodies (3A5, 3B5) are positioned within the through-holes (3A4, 3B4), the second metal plate (32) being joined to the first metal plates (31, 33) such that the valve bodies (3A5, 3B5) face edge portions of the through-holes (3A4, 3B3), wherein: the valve support portions (3A6, 3B6) include a base portion side end portion (3A7, 3B7), an intermediate portion (3A8, 3B8) and a valve body side end portion (3A9, 3B9); both end portions have a width direction centerline (C1, C2) overlapping a reference centerline (S) that passes through a center (O) of the valve bodies (3A5, 3B5), and have a smaller width dimension than the valve bodies (3A5, 3B5) and the base portion (32a); the intermediate portions (3A8, 3B8) have a shape extending to a position separated from the reference centerline (S) in a direction perpendicular to the reference centerline (S); and the first metal plate (31, 33) includes a through-hole (3A10) that has a shape intersecting the reference center line (S) and that penetrates through the intermediate portions (3A8, 3B9) in a plate thickness direction.
