Abstract:
A valve ball manufacturing method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a hot plate placing step of placing a hot plate between an adapter groove of a ball body of a valve ball in having been subjected to fluoro resin lining work and a welding rod disposed on the adapter groove; a hot plate heating step of heating the hot plate to melt a part of the welding rod or the adapter groove; and a hot plate eliminating step of eliminating the hot plate from between the adapter groove and a fluoro resin welding rod, to fuse the welding rod to the adapter groove.
