Abstract:
A valve (10) is provided with: a first case member (101) having a flow entry (H1) and a first valve seat (VS); a second case member (105) having an exhaust opening (H2) and an ejection opening (H3); a valve chamber formed by adhering the first case member (101) and the second case member (105) to each other by means of a first adhesive member (300); and a diaphragm (150) which is formed so as to separate the valve chamber into a lower valve chamber (106) continuous with the flow entry (H1) and an upper valve chamber (107) making the ejection opening (H3) and the exhaust opening (H2) continuous with each other. The diaphragm (150) includes a first opening portion (111), and is arranged in the valve chamber so that the periphery of the first opening portion (111) contacts the first valve seat (VS). The outer periphery of the diaphragm (150) is fixed to at least one of the first case member (101) and the second case member (105) by means of the first adhesive member (300) so as to be positioned within the case.
