Abstract:
A vacuum steam circulator according to the present invention comprises: a condensed water/residual steam inflow tube configured such that condensed water, to which steam transitions as a result of temperature drop while passing through a heating load, or a part of the steam flows therein; a condensed water/residual steam tank for receiving and storing condensed water and steam flowing from the condensed water/residual steam inflow tube; a level sensor for measuring the level of condensed water in the condensed water/residual steam tank; an automatic water-supply valve configured such that, if the level in the condensed water/residual steam tank measured by the level sensor drops below a reference value, same is opened under the control of a controller, thereby automatically supplementing necessary water; a condensed water drain tube formed on the bottom of the condensed water/residual steam tank so as to recollect condensed water to the boiler; a vacuum gauge for measuring and displaying the vacuum state in the condensed water/residual steam tank; a vacuum pump configured such that, after vacuum state information measured by the vacuum gauge is transferred to the controller, same is driven under the control of the controller, thereby maintaining the vacuum state in the condensed water/residual steam tank at a setup value; and an attachment/detachment member formed on the condensed water/residual steam inflow tube and the condensed water drain tube and coupled to the boiler. The present invention is advantageous in that same can be easily attached to/detached from a boiler and, if a malfunction-related problem occurs, the condensed water channel can be easily switched by manipulating a three-way valve, thereby enabling repair or replacement while the boiler keeps functioning.
