Abstract:
Provided is a vacuum drying and solvent recovery device, comprising a vacuum drying system (1) and a solvent recovery system (2), wherein the vacuum drying system (1) is used for drying ink-jet print (IJP) ink by volatilizing solvents in the IJP ink and the solvent recovery system (2) is used for recycling the solvents evaporated from the IJP ink. The vacuum drying system (1) comprises a vacuum chamber (11) and a vacuum exhaust pump unit (12) connected to the vacuum chamber (11). The solvent recovery system (2) is provided with a plurality of solvent recovery chambers (21), an exhaust gas treatment unit (22) connected to the plurality of solvent recovery chambers (21), and a valve switching unit (23). The device can carry out solvent condensation recovery of different systems, thereby recycling of the solvents in IJP ink can be achieved, and the production cost is reduced.
