Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of ultraviolet (UV) lamp devices, and in particular, to a UV excimer lamp. The UV excimer lamp comprises: a first light-transmissive body; a second light-transmissive body, wherein the second light-transmissive body and the first light-transmissive body enclose a closed space for storing a gas medium; a coating layer is provided with on the outer side of the closed space; the coating layer is provided with an interference film; the interference film is used for filtering out light beyond the set wavelength; a first electrode provided on the side of the first light-transmissive body away from the second light-transmissive body; and a second electrode provided on the side of the second light-transmissive body away from the first light-transmissive body, the second electrode being parallel to the first electrode. The coating layer is provided between the first electrode and the first light-transmissive body or between the second electrode and the second light-transmissive body. By means of filtering of the interference film, harmful lightwaves can be filtered and absorbed, thereby effectively avoiding damage to the human body by the harmful lightwaves.
