Abstract:
An unmanned shipborne pipeline connector (10), comprising: pipeline parts (14), a plurality of support flanges (12) and jetting gaskets (26). The pipeline connector (10) is formed between the pipeline parts (14) and the support flanges (12). The pipeline parts (14) are connected together by means of nuts and screws, respectively. Gaskets (20) are mounted among flange surfaces of the support flanges (12). Each support flange (12) is provided with an annular groove (22). A ring (24) is provided inside each groove (22). The rings (24) and the grooves (22) are arranged in order of size. The jetting gaskets (26) are mounted on the rings (24) and used for directly jetting sealing materials.
