Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of biological detection and particularly to a universal probe, a primer probe group, use, and a kit. Provided is a universal probe. From the 5' end to the 3' end, the universal probe comprises a quenching group, a fragment A, a fluorescent group, a fragment B, and C3 in sequence. The nucleotide sequence of the fragment A is represented by any of SEQ ID NOs: 1-7. The nucleotide sequence of the fragment B is represented by any of SEQ ID NOs: 8-14. Also provided are a primer probe group, use, and a kit.
