The present invention presses against the upper outer circumference of a split gear 4 arranged on the outer circumference of both a power gear 3 and facing parallel combined-lever gears 7. A pressurizing cam roller 6 is arranged inside an upper section of an outer shell 14. A bearing 8 is arranged in an idling rotation section of the combined-lever gears 7. A short shaft section of a crank 9 is inserted in the idling rotation section and a fulcrum gear 10 is arranged at idle rotation in the long shaft section of the crank 9. This device is characterized by having a rotating lever function whereby, as a result of the crank step interval between the long shaft section and the short shaft section of the crank 9: the outer teeth of the fulcrum gear 10, that are intermittently arranged as eccentric level fulcrums for the combined-lever gears 7, and the inner teeth of the combined-lever gears 7 mesh and combine with the eccentric rotation of the fulcrum gear 10; central circular rotation of the combined-lever gears 7 is established; the rotational force of the power gear 3 is concentrated and transmitted by the pressure contact of a split gear 4 and acts as the lever pressurizing point, only on the gear outer peripheral pole serving as a lever pressurizing section of the combined-lever gears 7, using the fulcrum gear 10 at the eccentric point as the lever fulcrum shaft; a lever force point is generated at the outer periphery of the combined-lever gears 7 of the opposite pole; and rotational force is boosted at a uniform speed.
