Abstract:
Disclosed is an underground tunnel lining concrete interface connection structure, which comprises an existing concrete structure (1); same further comprises: a newly-placed concrete structure (2) arranged below the existing concrete structure (1); and tenon structures (3) protruding towards the newly-placed concrete structure (2) are arranged at the interface of the existing concrete structure (1) and the newly-placed concrete structure (2). The tenon structures are used as a means of connecting the interface of the new and old concrete, which forms a lift and holding system by the newly-placed concrete structure on the existing concrete structure during the underpassing tunnel lining concrete construction process, especially the tenon structures, which comprise prefabricated trapezoidal blocks and rebar connecting members, where the rebar connecting members reliably transfer axial force, and the prefabricated trapezoidal blocks reliably transfer bite force and shearing force, and same enhances bending resistance and deformation resistance capabilities of connectors under axial force. Further disclosed is a connection method for the underpassing tunnel lining concrete interface.
