Abstract:

An underground coal preparation process using an aqueous medium, comprising: feeding run-of-mine coal (1) into an underground dedicated compact jig A to discharge overflow clean coal (2), the overflow clean coal being dewatered through a φ1 mm stationary screen B and screened through a φ13 mm grading screen C, and performing dewatering on final clean coal (8) having a particle size smaller than 13 mm to obtain final clean coal (11) and a centrifugal liquid I (12); grading jigging middling coal (3) by means of a φ13 mm grading screen D, to grade same into block middling coal (9) and final middling coal (10) which has a particle size smaller than 13 mm, and performing dewatering on the final middling coal (10) having a particle size smaller than 13 mm to obtain final middling coal (13) and a centrifugal liquid II (14); and sending produced slime water (15) to an aqueous medium grading-sorting cyclone H, and the obtained coarse and middling slime (16) and two-stage overflowing coarse and fine slime (17) respectively passing through a coarse and middling slime arc-shaped screen I and a coarse and fine slime arc-shaped screen J, and then being dewatered so as to obtain coarse and middling slime (23) and coarse and fine slime (25).
