Abstract:
In the present invention: a female thread part 24 is formed across the entirety of a through-hole 23 passing through the axial center of an ultrasonic horn 13; first and second male thread parts 25, 26 that are respectively formed on the ultrasonic-horn 13 side of the axial centers of first and second boosters 14, 15 are threaded into the female thread part 24, and the ultrasonic horn 13 and the first and second boosters 14, 15 are coaxially fastened; and a cutting edge 12 is attached to the outer periphery of a base part 20 of the ultrasonic horn 13, which has a space section 29 bounded by the inner wall of the through-hole 23 and distal ends 27, 28 of the first and second male thread parts 25, 26, without the distal ends 27, 28 of the first and second male thread parts 25, 26 contacting one another inside the through-hole 23. This makes it possible to provide an ultrasonic-resonator-fastening structure having high dimensional precision with a simple configuration and having exceptional durability as well as stability of operation.
