Abstract:
The present application relates to an ultrahigh-temperature ultrahigh-pressure reheating coke dry quenching waste heat power generation system and method. The ultrahigh-temperature ultrahigh-pressure reheating coke dry quenching waste heat power generation system comprises an ultrahigh-temperature ultrahigh-pressure coke dry quenching boiler, an ultrahigh-temperature ultrahigh-pressure turbo generator set, a multi-stage temperature-reducing pressure-reducing device, and a condenser. The ultrahigh-temperature ultrahigh-pressure coke dry quenching boiler comprises a coke dry quenching boiler drum, a primary superheater, a secondary superheater, a primary reheater, and a secondary reheater; the ultrahigh-temperature ultrahigh-pressure turbo generator set comprises a high-pressure cylinder, a medium-low pressure cylinder, and a turbo generator; the multi-stage temperature-reducing pressure-reducing device comprises a first-stage temperature-reducing pressure-reducing device, a second-stage temperature-reducing pressure-reducing device, a third-stage temperature-reducing pressure-reducing device, a fourth-stage temperature-reducing pressure-reducing device, and a fifth-stage temperature-reducing pressure-reducing device. The present application achieves a significant breakthrough of coke dry quenching waste heat power generation technology of the ultrahigh-temperature ultrahigh-pressure coke dry quenching boiler equipped with the ultrahigh-temperature ultrahigh-pressure turbo generator set, and a reheater can be protected by effectively preventing dry burning of the reheater; moreover, coke dry quenching waste heat generating capacity can be improved to the maximum extent, good economic benefits are created, and the energy consumption of tons of coke of an enterprise is reduced.
