Abstract:
Disclosed is an ultra-low nitrogen gas steam boiler, comprising a boiler body which is internally provided with an upper collection box, a lower collection box, and a first water pipe group and second water pipe group that are disposed between the upper collection box and the lower collection box. The second water pipe group is arranged outside of the first water pipe group and is isolated from the first water pipe group. The top ends of the first water pipe group and the second water pipe group both penetrate an upper partition board to communicate with the upper collection box, and the bottom ends thereof penetrate a lower partition board to communicate with the lower collection box. A boiler water inlet pipe is arranged at one side of the bottom part of the upper collection box. A gas distributor is arranged at one side of the first water pipe group, a combustor is arranged on the side of the gas distributor facing the first water pipe group, and premixed gas is fed into a gas inlet of the gas distributor. The ultra-low nitrogen steam boiler according to the present invention may significantly reduce the emissions of nitrogen oxide from the steam boiler, increase the contact area between a heat source and water and increase the heat exchange efficiency, and fully utilize waste heat of smoke exhaust from the boiler. The boiler has a relatively small volume, consumes relatively little energy, conserves energy and reduces emissions.
