Abstract:
A two-flexspline harmonic reducer having a limitable deformation amount comprises a strong flexspline (3), a weak flexspline (2), a wave generator (1), and a strong-flexspline deformation amount limiting component (4). The strong flexspline and the weak flexspline are coaxially fixed axially and radially. Teeth capable of meshing with each other are respectively provided on the strong flexspline and the weak flexspline. The strong flexspline and the weak flexspline have different numbers of teeth. The wave generator causes the weak flexspline to undergo non-circular elastic deformation and to partially mesh with the strong flexspline. A position on the strong flexspline contacting the weak flexspline is subjected to a radial pressure from the weak flexspline, and undergoes non-circular elastic deformation. A limiting contact surface is provided on a toothless surface of a flexible tubular wall of the strong flexspline. The strong-flexspline deformation amount limiting component and the strong flexspline are fixed relative to each other. An annular limiting surface is provided on the strong-flexspline deformation amount limiting component. A limiting contact surface of a deformation region of the strong flexspline subjected to the radial pressure from the weak flexspline contacts the annular limiting surface on the strong-flexspline deformation amount limiting component. The two-flexspline harmonic reducer having a limitable deformation amount allows for greater machining tolerance, such that a component meeting a lower tolerance requirement can be used in a precision harmonic reducer having high precision and a small or even zero backlash.
