Abstract:
Disclosed in the present utility model is a turnout oiling device, comprising a controller, a remote control terminal, an oiling driving mechanism, a solenoid-operated directional control valve, a main oil tube, a first oil tube, a first splitter, a second oil tube, a second splitter, several first nozzles and several second nozzles, wherein the remote control terminal is connected to the controller and is configured to send a control signal to the controller; the main oil tube is respectively connected to the first oil tube and the second oil tube; the oiling driving mechanism and the solenoid-operated directional control valve are arranged on the main oil tube; the first oil tube is connected to the first splitter; the first splitter is connected to each first nozzle; each first nozzle is arranged in a first region of a turnout; the first region is presented when the turnout is in a normal state; the second oil tube is connected to the second splitter; the second splitter is connected to each second nozzle; each second nozzle is arranged in a second region of the turnout; and the second region is presented when the turnout is in a reverse state. By means of the present utility model, the degree of automation of turnout oiling can be achieved, thereby reducing the working intensity of workers, and improving the working efficiency.
