Abstract:

The present invention relates to the technical field of oncology diagnosis, prediction and evaluation, and in particular, relates to a tumor prediction system and method based on tongue coating microorganisms, and an application thereof. The system comprises: a microorganism information acquisition module, which is configured to acquire tongue coating microorganism information of a test sample; and a data processing module, which is configured to obtain, by means of the following operation, the probability of the test sample being positive for tumors: according to a discriminative feature on the tongue coating microorganism information, which is obtained by means of automatic learning, predicting the probability of the test sample being positive. According to the abundance of different species and genera in tongue coating microorganisms, the probabilities of different test samples being positive for tumors are automatically predicted, which serves as an economic, non-invasive, efficient and accurate early tumor screening strategy.
