Title:
TUBE JOINT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2024/014337
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a tube joint that can achieve a grounding connection at the same time as assembly. This tube joint comprises: a conductive nipple that is provided along an insertion space for a tube; a sleeve that formed along an outer circumferential surface of the nipple, is provided so as to surround the outer circumference of the insertion space for the tube, and can deform in the radial direction; a plurality of separable holders that are provided, in a manner allowing separation in the radial direction, to the outside of the sleeve, covering an outer surface of the sleeve in the circumferential direction; and a tightening member that is provided spanning the plurality of separable holders, and causes the separable holders to move closer together in the radial direction so as to reduce the diameter of the sleeve. The conductive nipple has a conductive grounding clip in a condition of being locked to the outer circumference thereof, the separable holders have holder extension sections that extend farther in the tube insertion direction than the length of the sleeve, and the holder extension sections press the grounding clip against the tube in conjunction with the plurality of separable holders moving closer together due to the tightening member.
