The present invention relates to a tube used for filling concrete so as to form a tube concrete structure. The tube has two end parts and a peripheral wall extending between the two end parts, at least one end part of which has an opening used for filling concrete, wherein at least one side recess is integrally molded on the peripheral wall, and the side recess is configured so that: at the outer part of the tube, the side recess may be inserted into a matching connector and may form a form-locking connection with the connector; and at the inner part of the tube, in a concrete filling state, the side recess may be surrounded by the concrete, and the side recess may also form a form-locking connection with the concrete in addition to forming a material connection. The technical effect of the tube is that the connection between tubes may be implemented by means of form-locking connection, and thus it is no longer necessary to spend on labor costs and time costs to perform a lot of welding. The present invention further relates to a fabrication method for the tube, and a tube module and a fabrication method therefor.
