Abstract:
A trunk lid panel, and a preparation method therefor and the application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, respectively pre-embedding two steel plates (4) into an upper cavity and a lower cavity of a mold; 2, laying an upper glass fiber mat (1), paper honeycomb (2) and a lower glass fiber mat (3) from top to bottom in an orderly manner, feeding same into a spraying chamber, and then spraying polyurethane foaming materials onto an upper surface of the upper glass fiber mat (1) and a lower surface of the lower glass fiber mat (3), so as to obtain a semi-finished product; 3, feeding into the mold the semi-finished product obtained in step 2, and compressing and punching same into the desired form together with the steel plates (4) pre-embedded in step 1, so as to obtain a crude lid panel product; 4, gluing a surface carpet by means of rolling, so as to obtain a post-glue-rolling surface carpet; and 5, putting the crude lid panel product and the post-glue-rolling surface carpet into an edge wrapping apparatus for edge wrapping, so as to obtain a trunk lid panel. The prepared trunk lid panel has relatively high strength and good bearing performance, and is suitable for various climate conditions.
