Abstract:
A tripping mechanism on a residual current-operated protective device. The tripping mechanism comprises a base (1), a tripping coil (2), a reset piece (3) and a latch (4), wherein the latch (4) is rotationally arranged on the base (1) through a shaft pin; and the reset piece (3) is movably arranged on the base (1). The tripping mechanism also comprises a reset spring (5), wherein one end of the reset spring (5) acts on the base (1), and the other end thereof acts on the reset piece (3); a force-bearing bar (41) is fixedly arranged on the latch (4); a lug boss (31) which can drive the force-bearing bar (41) to rotate is arranged on the reset piece (3); and a cavity (32) in which the force-bearing bar (41) can swing is arranged on the lug boss. By means of superposing a reset force of the reset piece on a tripping force of the mechanism, the tripping mechanism of a residual current-operated protective device increases the tripping force of the entire mechanism and improves the tripping speed and stability.
