Abstract:
A novel tricyclic dilactone compound, a strain producing same, a method for producing same, and a use thereof are provided. The tricyclic dilactone compound inhibits aggregation of amyloid-beta and tau proteins, inhibits apoptosis, has anti-inflammatory activity, and can be used to prevent, treat, or alleviate various degenerative brain diseases and cognitive disorders including Alzheimer's disease.
