A trenchless hose anti-wear support, which belongs to the technical field of trenchless repair, and comprises a retractable support (1), a hose rollers (2), adjusting screws (3) and fixing foot plates (4). The retractable support (1) is a frame structure. The hose rollers (2) are disposed inside of the retractable support (1). There are three sets of adjusting screws (3). The three sets of adjusting screws (3) are arranged outside the retractable support (1). Two of the three sets of adjusting screws (3) are disposed on the same side of the retractable support (1), and the other set of adjusting screws (3) is disposed on the side opposite to the two sets of adjusting screws (3) on the same side. There are three fixing foot plates (4), which are disposed on the three sets of adjusting screws (3), respectively. The fixing foot plates play a fixing role. The trenchless hose anti-wear support solves the technical problems in the prior art of the wearing of the trenchless repair hose when dragged and the friction between the hose and an inspection well head when the hose enters a pipe network, and effectively prevents damage to the surface of the hose.
