Abstract:
A treatment device for plastics and chemical harmful substances in domestic garbage, comprising a feeding end conveying belt (1), a dust hood (2), a tank body (3), high-pressure flame projectors (5), high-pressure air blowers (6), an induced draft fan (7), and a discharging end conveying belt (10). The dust hood (2) is provided on an upper portion of the tank body (3), and a feeding channel (11) is provided on one side of the tank body (3) and connected to the feeding end conveying belt (1); a toothed lifting shovel (12) is provided on a discharging opening of the feeding channel (11); spraying pipes of the high-pressure flame projectors (5) and air blowing pipes of the high-pressure air blowers (6) respectively extend into the tank body (3); a plastic residue and harmful gas outlet is provided in the bottom of the dust hood (2); the induced draft fan (7) is provided on the position of the plastic residue and the harmful gas outlet; a garbage outlet is provided in the bottom of the tank body (3), and a receiving hopper (9) connected to the discharging end conveying belt (10) is provided below the garbage outlet. According to the treatment device, harmless, reduction, recycling and industrialization treatment of the domestic garbage can be achieved, pollution can be avoided, and zero emission can be achieved; garbage treatment can be automatic in the whole process, costs are low, the garbage treatment is quickly completed at one time, and the practicability is high.
