Abstract:
The present invention provides a treatment agent for NK2 Homeobox 1 (NKX2-1)-negative lung adenocarcinomas that includes a Porcupine inhibitor as an active ingredient, an NKX2-1-negative lung adenocarcinoma organoid, and a screening method for treatment agents for NKX2-1-negative lung adenocarcinomas that includes a step for culturing an NKX2-1-negative lung adenocarcinoma organoid in the presence of a test substance and a step for measuring the growth of the NKX2-1-negative lung adenocarcinoma organoid, wherein a reduction in the growth of the NKX2-1-negative lung adenocarcinoma organoid as compared to absence of the test substance indicates that the test substance is a treatment agent for NKX2-1-negative lung adenocarcinomas.
