Abstract:
A travel motor integrated valve cover, comprising: a balancing valve assembly (2), unidirectional valve assemblies (31, 32), buffer valve assemblies (41, 42), and a disc-shaped cast cover body (1); formed in the cover body (1) are a first cavity provided with the balance valve assembly (2), a second cavity provided with the unidirectional valve assemblies (31, 32), and a third cavity provided with the buffer valve assemblies (41, 42); the center lines of the first cavity, the second cavity, and the third cavity all reside on a first functional plane and are parallel to each other. A travel motor is also disclosed. In the travel motor integrated valve cover and the travel motor, a plurality of cavities are formed in the disc-shaped cast cover body and are provided with a balancing valve assembly, unidirectional valve assemblies, and buffer valve assemblies. The center lines of the cavities all reside on a first functional plane and are parallel to each other. This allows for a more compact valve assembly arrangement and simplifies machining operations in respect of the internal cavities, thus increasing machining efficiency.
