Abstract:
A transversely woven fully formed helmet shell preform, a preparation method and a helmet shell thereof. The present invention belongs to the technical field of helmet materials. In the method for preparing a preform, a helmet shell preform is prepared, in two different weaving directions, by respectively combining longitudinal weaving and transverse weaving with local weaving. In addition, reinforcing yarn is added during preform weaving to obtain a transversely woven and longitudinally woven helmet shell preform having the reinforcing yarn.
