A transmission according to an embodiment comprises, for example: a roller bearing having rollers supported so as to be rotatable between a first gear and a shaft about a second rotation axis which is parallel to a first rotation axis, the roller bearing supporting the first gear so that the first gear can rotate relative to the shaft; and a thrust bearing having a first support section positioned facing a first direction of the roller bearing, the first direction extending in the direction of the second rotation axis, the first support section facing first surfaces of the rollers, the first surfaces facing the first direction. The first gear has a second support section positioned facing a second direction of the roller bearing, the second direction being the direction opposite the first direction, the second support section facing second surfaces of the rollers, the second surfaces facing the second direction. The contact between the second support section and the second surfaces limits the movement of the first gear in the first direction, and the contact between the first support section and the first surfaces limits the movement of the roller bearing in the first direction.
