Abstract:
A transmission for a vehicle is provided. The transmission (1) comprises a housing (19) and a valve block (20) arranged in the housing, and a parking lock mechanism (16). The parking lock mechanism has a wheel (17) rotationally locked to a shaft (3) of the transmission, a pawl (18) and a hydraulic actuator (21) arranged for engagement of the wheel and the pawl for locking the shaft (3). The actuator is hydraulically connected to the valve block (20) such that the actuator is supplied by hydraulic fluid from the valve block (20).
