Abstract:
A clutch unit (20) comprises: a coupling element (23) that couples, in a manner that enables power transmission, an output shaft (13) of an engine (10) and an input shaft (16) of a hydraulic pump (15) driven by the driving force of the engine (10); and a motor-generator (18) that generates a driving force separate from that of the engine (10). The coupling element (23) comprises: a driving-side coupling part (23a) that is coupled to a first coupling part (11a) provided to the output shaft (13); and a driven-side coupling part (23b) that is coupled to a second coupling part (15a) provided to the input shaft (16) and capable of coupling with the first coupling part (11a).
