Abstract:
A transmission system for use in aviation powering, comprising a transmission shaft (1). A passive gear (2) is sleeved on an input end of the transmission shaft, the end with the passive gear is limited in the axial direction, and the other end of the transmission shaft is used for connecting a rotatable component. One end of the passive gear is transmissively connected to a brake wheel hub (5). The brake wheel hub is transmissively connected to an overload clutch (6). The overload clutch is transmissively connected to the transmission shaft. The end of the overload clutch away from the brake wheel hub is abutted against one end of a disk spring component (7). The other end of the disk spring component is limited in the axial direction. A limiting distance is provided between the overload clutch and the braking hub. The force of the overload clutch changes with the stress being applied. Coupling A is provided on the end surface of the passive gear facing the braking hub. Coupling B fitting coupling A is provided at one end of the braking hub. The brake wheel hub and the passive gear are transmitted in tandem via the couplings. The transmission system for aviation powering further protects the transmission shaft, avoids the risks of the transmission shaft fracturing, and protects the other parts of the transmission system at the same time.
