Title:
TRANSMISSION AND MESHING CLUTCH
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/250535
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are a transmission and a meshing clutch with which shock and strange sounds can be further reduced when the meshing clutch disengages while subjected to torque. This transmission is characterized by comprising a meshing clutch 51 that disengages when one shift level is connected by meshing and the connection is changed via simultaneous meshing to another shift level, a disengagement guide being provided to the tip of one or another meshing tooth 51a or 25a, a movement mechanism being provided which generates axial force causing one rotating member 63 to move and cancels the axial force due to the generation of coast torque, biasing mechanisms 1000 being provided which bias the one rotating member 63 with a force less than the axial force generated by the movement mechanism so that the meshing teeth 51a, 25a mesh, contact bodies of the biasing mechanisms 1000 being disposed in support holes formed in a diameter direction in torque-transmitting members 57, and the contact bodies being provided with biasing conversion parts which receive the contact bodies biased in the diameter direction by the biasing mechanisms 1000 and convert the biasing direction to an axial direction to bias the rotating member 63 to move in the axial direction.
